With an entry date of September 2020 and an exit date of August 2024, Gray Capital delivered a 22% IRR and a 1.75x equity multiple for Autumn Trails.
After only 16 months of ownership, Autumn Trails was refinanced with permanent debt which allowed a return 50% of original capital to investors.
